James has extensive experience working with the injured population for 12 years.  James was the Director of Post-Rehabilitation and Return to Sport at the world renowned Steadman Hawkins for 8 years.  His holistic approach to strength therapy creates an environment that optimizes movements for  therapeutic exercise. James has worked with injuries all around the body and has a passion for getting people out of pain.
